Founder / Coach

Coach Quenlan "Q" Dunn

Culpeper, VA

Coach Quenlan "Q" Dunn brings more than five years of coaching experience across youth club, high school, and independent school track and field programs in Virginia and Maryland. He specializes in hurdles, high jump, and sprints, with a coaching background that includes state champions, school-record performances, Junior Olympic pathways, and athletes who have continued on to Division I programs.

His coaching style is relationship-first and fundamentals-driven. Coach Q believes track and field should be fun and taken seriously in equal measure, giving young athletes the structure, confidence, technical foundation, and joy they need to grow on and off the track.

Coaching Highlights

  • Lead hurdles and high jump coach experience at Woodberry Forest School, VA Pride Track Club, Westfield High School, Arundel High School, and Union Athletics.
  • Coached a Virginia high jump state champion and school-record holder.
  • Contributed to Maryland state championship relay success and school records at Arundel High School.
  • Developed hurdlers, jumpers, sprinters, and youth athletes through AAU and USATF competition pathways.
  • Former high school, collegiate, and club track athlete with experience in high jump, sprints, and hurdles.

Coach Breana "Bre" Dunn

Culpeper, VA

Coach Breana "Bre" Dunn brings a high-performance background rooted in elite cheer, strength development, and team preparation. Her athletic experience includes time with the California Allstars and the University of Louisville, along with multiple world championship rings from competing at the highest levels of all-star cheer.

With Piedmont Steppers, Coach Bre helps shape age-appropriate strength, movement, and general athletic development so athletes can build power, body control, and confidence safely. She also plays a key role behind the scenes, helping keep the program organized, prepared, and family-focused.
