Fall Training is our inaugural preseason program built around the fundamentals: running mechanics, posture, foot strike, arm action, coordination, and the habits athletes need before indoor and outdoor competition.

Program Purpose

Fall Training gives athletes a focused runway into the track year. The goal is to help every athlete move better, understand the basics of sprinting, and build confidence before the competitive seasons begin.

Training Focus

Practices will be centered on running mechanics, form, foot striking, arm movement, acceleration positions, mobility, coordination, and other preseason skills that support long-term development.

Practice Schedule

The season is planned to start on September 8, 2026 and run through October 30, 2026. Practices are planned for Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:30-7:30pm.

Season Cost

The cost for the inaugural fall season is $150 per athlete. Final payment details and location information will be shared before registration opens.

Inaugural Season

A fall program built for patient, repeatable progress.

The first fall season is designed to be affordable, organized, and highly developmental. Athletes will rotate through structured drill work using cones, wickets, ladders, timing gates, and other coaching tools so they can feel what better mechanics are supposed to be, not just hear about them.
